RETURNS
Returns are only accepted for misprinted/damaged/defective or merchandise with the wrong size. Brue x Brue is a made-to-order label so refunds or returns are not accepted. Merchandise that has been misprinted/damaged/defective are accepted within 7 days of delivery. During the holidays, items received between November 1st and December 31st can be returned until January 31st.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 7 business days after the product is received and unworn. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than four weeks after the estimated delivery date.
HOW TO RETURN
1. You may return misprinted/damaged/defective items sold by Brue x Brue within 7 days of delivery for replacement. Misprinted/Damaged/Defective replacement can take up to 72 for fulfillment. During the holidays, items received between November 1st and December 31st can be returned until January 31st.
2. Please return your item(s) by your carrier of choice. We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking information for your record. Print and complete the return form & put it inside the package with the item/s you are returning.
3. Once your package is received please allow our Returns Department up to 72 hours for processing and fulfillment.
4. When your return is processed you will receive an email notification with the status of your return or credit.
5. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
All returns postmarked after 7 days WILL NOT be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.
We reserve the right to refuse any returns received 7 days after the post marked delivery date or if we determine that the merchandise does not meet our return policy.
