What is this store's return and exchange policy?

 

Returns are only accepted for misprinted/damaged/defective or merchandise with the wrong size. Brue x Brue is a made-to-order label so refunds or returns are not accepted. Merchandise that has been misprinted/damaged/defective are accepted within 7 days of delivery. During the holidays, items received between November 1st and December 31st can be returned until January 31st.

 

 

 

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 7 business days after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than four weeks after the estimated delivery date.

 

 

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

 

We sure do! International shipping rates apply.

 

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

 

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. Shipping varies depending on the shipping process you select. Once shipped, your merchandise is the responsibility of the postal service you selected so with any delays place contact your local postal service.

 

 

How long is fulfillment time?

 

fulfillment can take up to 7 - 10 business days to process your order, but normally 5 - 7 business days.

 

 

 

Why does it take so long for fulfillment?

 

Because Brue x Brue is a made-to-order brand the merchandise will be made when your order is placed. When the order is completed is will be shipped out in a timely manner.

 

 

Can I cancel my order?

 

Orders can be canceled up to 24 hours after purchase. After 24 hours, items are no longer eligible for cancellation. When the order is processed, the order will be shipped to the recipient address. For information on our return policy, please read the return section.
